Our chip can detect a variety of symptoms and can quickly locate pathogens. The detection speed is fast, the number of detection targets is large, and the detection target number and sample flux can be flexibly balanced according to different detection needs. The detection target combination can be customized and developed quickly and flexibly according to user needs. The PCR chip can be stored and transported at room temperature, without cold chain. The detection targets are dried and pre-mixed in the chip, when it is used, the nucleic acid template can be detected by adding samples in one step, and the DNA sample can be amplified in 35 minutes(40 cycles), and the RNA sample can be amplified in 45min(40 cycles).
